Incentives & seminars

CNS is equipped to handle a full international conference or seminar for up to 100 persons. The CNS complex is located in the luxuriant Sarapiquí rainforest, accessible along paved roads only at 85 kilometres - a 1,5 hour drive - from the Santamaria International Airport.

CNS promotes an innovative concept of organizing conferences, seminars and congresses.

Executives meet in surroundings of the lush rainforest of Sarapiqui. They combine their meetings with team-building challenges such as rafting, rainforest hiking, and mountain-biking, among others. In leisure time they learn more about rainforest ecology and pre-Columbian history in the CNS Archaeological Park, Botanical Garden, Museum and Rainforest Reserve.

Meeting, team-building and a complete rainforest experience. It all comes together at CNS

When it comes to business, the Ulima Conference Centre is backed up by a complete infrastructure including the latest communication and audio-visual aids.

The SarapiquíS Rainforest Auditorium, situated in the SarapiquíS Museum complex, is an amphitheater with a seating capacity of 70 and a large screen of 5 (15 ft) x 4 (12 ft) metres.

With this unique concept, several international and national congresses and seminars have been organized at CNS:

CNS has a full team-building and training program available, ranging from easy rainforest hiking activities to a challenging outdoor survival experience. The programs are tailor-made to fit specific demands and conditions that companies may request. The CNS Training Team is ed by the famous Costa Rican outdoor specialist and explorer Rafael Colmares.

For Banquets and Gala dinners, there is the Jose Castulo Zeledon Restaurant - able to accommodate the needs of 10 to 100 guests - benefiting from its unique location and concept of integration of open restaurant space, surrounding tropical gardens, and the superb panoramic views on the Tirimbina forest.

Special events like the mythic "Earth Ritual", performed by the local Maleku indigenous warriors, or a concert of classical music, can be organized.
